Contico Manufacturing Ltd is pleased to announce that it has been acquired by Proventec Plc (AIM:PROV), a UK based provider of specialist steam cleaning and coatings technologies.
With their financial backing and extensive experience, we are planning to develop and expand the business to ensure our continued lead in the UK market. Contico will continue to operate from Redruth, along with our highly experienced management and workforce
Contico Manufacturing further extended it's range of spraying and dispensing products with the acquisition of Spraychem in April 2003.
Contico Manufacturing is an internationally respected company, exporting substantial volumes of product across Europe, the Middle East and the Far East.
Contico Manufacturing's corporate headquarters, based in Redruth Cornwall UK, features the very latest in manufacturing technology. This impressive site, over 220,000 sq.ft, also houses our central sales, customer support teams, administration and worldwide distribution.
Contico products are widely used and can be found in many large business services companies, FTSE100 household names, Independent Healthcare Trusts and County Councils.

Contico Continental Europe B.V. was started in February 2009 to serve the European market.
In June 2009 we moved to a new location in Ridderkerk, near Rotterdam in the Netherlands. The new location offers not only an office area, but also a warehouse and showroom, putting us in an ideal position to provide customers in the cleaning and hygiene industry throughout mainland Europe with the qualitative brand of Contico cleaning equipment and accessories.
