• The information from the form will only be used by Contico Manufacturing to validate your request and will not be passed on to any other third party.
• On successful completion of the form, you will receive an acknowledgment by Email that it has been received. If you do not appear to have received the acknowledgement within a few minutes, please check your spam folder contents and if present, please whitelist the site for future Emails.
• You will likely be contacted by Customer Services to confirm your identity.
• On acceptance of your request by Contico Manufacturing, you will be sent a further Email containing your password to complete the process.
• If you wish to DeRegister, please "Login" and use the "DeRegister" function.
• If you wish to amend your details, please "Login" and use the "Customer Amend" facility.
